How to Stake Magic DUST Crypto Currency on Telegram
What is DU$T Staking?
"Staking" DU$T is a way to display your support for your favorite Telegram room(s), user(s), or even yourself! At the moment, that's all staking does. In the future, you could be rewarded for staking DU$T in various ways - DU$T dividends, NFT airdrops, in-game experience points, in-room reputation scores, etc.
Note, this is all from the perspective of a user. DU$T mine operators must stake a certain amount of DU$T to remain a part of the system. You can learn more about that here.
How do I stake DU$T to myself?
Click here to be taken to the Dust World website.
Log into your WAX wallet by clicking on the "Anchor" or "WCW" button at the top left corner of the page.
Click the blue "Stake" button in the "Stakes" section of the page
Fill in the following data:
Stake To = your WAX wallet address.
Quantity = xxxx.0000 where "xxxx" is the number of tokens you want to stake. The four 0's must be included or the transaction will fail.
Memo = A note to remind yourself of the transaction later.
Click "Submit".
Remember for the quantity you must write it in the format "xx.0000"
How do I stake DU$T to another user?
Complete steps 3 through 5 above except enter the other user's WAX wallet address in the "Stake To" field.
How do I stake DU$T to a Group?
Complete steps 3 through 5 above except enter the wallet address of the group you want to stake to (ask the group owner or administrator for this information).
How do I unstake my DU$T?
Click here to be taken to the Dust World website.
Log into your WAX wallet by clicking on the "Anchor" or "WCW" button at the top left corner of the page.
Click the blue "Unstake" button to the right of the currently staked DUST that you want to now unstake.
Type in the amount you want to unstake using the format xxxx.0000.
Click the blue "Submit" button.
Is there a waiting period to unstake my DU$T tokens?
Yes. 25% of your unstaked DUST becomes available to claim every 7 days, with the total being available on day 28. At day 7, 14, 21, and 28 (or any day after one of those 4 days) you can return to the Dust World page and click the blue "Claim Unstake" button to have the available amount sent to your wallet.
If you changed your mind about unstaking, you can click the "Restake" button at any time.
