Initial DUST Stake Procedure
In order to become a DUST mine operator on Telegram and mine DUST on the WAX blockchain, you must first make a good-faith stake of your own DUST holdings.
What is DUST Staking?
"Staking" DUST simply means you are attaching your tokens to another person or group's wallet. This is not the same as spending, and the DUST tokens are still yours. To retrieve them, you simply un-stake them following the instructions below. Staking DUST is a requirement of becoming a DUST Mine Operator on Telegram and earning DUST on the WAX Blockchain. If you do choose to unstake your DUST tokens, your DUST Mine will be turned off.
Where Do I Stake My DUST?
You will be staking DUST to the niftywizards account. You may be asking yourself "why niftywizards, and not dust?" The answer is simple: both Nifty Wizards and the Magic DU$T crypto currency were created by Kurt Braget and therefore share wallets, infrastructure, and staff members.
How Do I Stake My DUST?
Click here to be taken to the Dust World website.
Log into your WAX wallet by clicking on the "Anchor" or "WCW" button at the top left corner of the page.
Click the blue "Stake" button in the "Stakes" section of the page
Fill in the following data:
Stake To = niftywizards.
Quantity = xxxx.0000 where "xxxx" is the number of tokens you were asked to stake when your DUST Mine was approved. The four 0's must be included or the transaction will fail.
Memo = A note to remind yourself of the transaction later.
Click "Submit".
Remember for the quantity you must write it in the format "xx.0000"
How do I unstake my DUST?
Click here to be taken to the Dust World website.
Log into your WAX wallet by clicking on the "Anchor" or "WCW" button at the top left corner of the page.
Click the blue "Unstake" button to the right of the currently staked DUST that you want to now unstake.
Type in the amount you want to unstake using the format xxxx.0000.
Click the blue "Submit" button.
Is there a waiting period to unstake my DU$T tokens?
Yes. 25% of your unstaked DUST becomes available to claim every 7 days, with the total being available on day 28. At day 7, 14, 21, and 28 (or any day after one of those 4 days) you can return to the Dust World page and click the blue "Claim Unstake" button to have the available amount sent to your wallet.
If you changed your mind about unstaking, you can click the "Restake" button at any time.
